Responsibilities and duties of Team Leader shall include, but shall not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the one-on-one counseling on his team
  • Conduct project orientation and explain encoding instructions to the newly hired keyers/ document scanning clerks.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control Group regarding the accuracy of each keyer.
  • Check attendance of data encoders and document scanning clerks assigned to his team and report all violations of the company rules and regulations regarding tardiness and absences to his immediate supervisor and the Human Resources Department.
  • Ensure that the installed program tools needed for his team's projects are correct and updated.
  • Responsible for distributing the workload to the data encoders and document scanning clerks. Regularly check the hourly and daily speed/accuracy output of employees. Make sure that the daily output projection of his team is met in both quality and quantity.
  • Responsible on endorsing a memo under his team for disciplinary action (due to not reaching quota, inappropriate behavior which is against the company's rules and regulations)
  • Responsible in observing the cleanliness, orderliness and work attitude on the working area of his team during the shift.
  • Take charge of the supervision of the encoding operation in the absence of the supervisor
  • Daily update the Managers and coordinate with clients on the status of the project.
  • Assist/clarify instructions to data encoders in the encoding of documents and to document scanning clerks in the scanning of documents.
  • Submit/file production reports after the shift.
  • Scan documents and perform image QA.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his superiors.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Business Management, or any related field.
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience leading a team of 10 or more members.
  • With proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production or output-based environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools and other productivity or tracking systems.
  • Results-driven and capable of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Project based for 1 year and with possibility to extend.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php824.00 per day
