The Role

The Office Administrator ensures the efficient operation of the office by managing people, processes, and resources. This role oversees administrative functions, office maintenance, budgeting, and staff support to maintain a productive and positive work environment. The Office Administrator serves as the central point of contact for all office and facilities related matters and supports the team in rolling out relevant related matters and supports company leadership in implementing policies and procedures relevant to office and facilities related matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of supplies, facilities maintenance, and vendor management including pantry stock management, cleaners relationship management and other related matters.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events; manage travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures; ensure compliance with Philippine labor, health, safety, and data protection regulations.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems (digital and paper), ensuring records are accurate and secure.
  • Liaise with IT and facilities to ensure proper functioning of office technology and infrastructure.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff regarding office operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Who we look for – the ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in office administration or management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Interpersonal skills for managing staff and fostering a positive workplace
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing office needs
