Responsible for providing systems administration services for end users across the enterprise. Monitors server health and performance to ensure no incidents of downtime. Develops and provides enterprise system accounts to employees. Performs daily systems backup activities to ensure continuous server operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any IT-related course
  • Managing server infrastructures and data-center operations across Unix, Linux, Windows and Mac OS X platforms. Effectively plan, install, configure and optimize IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance.
  • O365 System Administration

  • Windows Server Administration
  • Project Management
  • Security Solutions, and NOS Patches and Updates
  • At least 4-years of experience preferably in systems administration
  • Willing to report full onsite on our Head Office (ARCA South, Taguig City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring servers to ensure that they are performing smoothly (i.e., no downtime).
  • Conducting troubleshooting activities when technical issues are encountered.
  • Performing systems backup and restoration activities on a daily basis.
  • Deploying patches and updates for PCs and servers on a regular basis.
  • Developing and providing new network (i.e., Windows login and Active Directory) accounts, email accounts, and EIT access rights across the enterprise.
  • Performing periodic server inventory activities.
  • Assisting the Systems Administration Officer in the configuration and roll out of new server systems required internally for enterprise activities, as needed.
  • Reports progress and concerns to the Systems Administration Officer on a regular basis.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
