Who You'll Be Working With
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you

You'll Be Responsible For The Following

  • Spearhead implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes, Squads & Delivery Teams – ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
  • Facilitates and lead the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product delivery; understands strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
  • Facilitate portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement to standardized practices
  • Monitors, measure and improve delivery performance and metrics
  • Collaborates with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit realization and value delivered

We're Looking For

  • Graduate in any field | preferred – Postgraduate / MBA in project management. Minimum 5 years Agile Portfolio Management; with minimum 1 year people management experience
  • Certified/ trained with 2-3 years experience in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
  • Experience using Agile program and team performance metrics to drive learning and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution

Experience in report automation is an advantage
