About the Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR queries of moderate complexity, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
- Support employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, payroll, compensation, benefits, compliance) in Workday and related HR systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy, retention, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR partners, COEs, and team members to drive process improvements, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to reporting, documentation, and system enhancements while upholding KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction standards.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, with at least 18 months of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday), case management tools, and MS Office, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
