Portfolio Management Assistant

The Portfolio Management Assistant is responsible for ensuring that current portfolio mix of all clients are compliant to their respective approved portfolio mix and instructions. The position is also tasked to provide proposals for portfolio mix adjustment as deemed needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors portfolio mix of all clients;
  • Coordinates with the Investment Assistant on any trades for execution to check if intended trades align with the approved portfolio mix of the clients;
  • Monitors management action triggers (MAT) op stop-loss (if any) and take-profit limits;
  • Prepares reports for any breaches in portfolio mix, management action triggers (MAT), stop-loss/take-profit limits
  • Provides inputs on possible portfolio mix adjustments
