We are looking for a dedicated Change & Portfolio Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting delivery of CUP&A's strategic cross-organisational change and People & Culture portfolio priorities by providing high-quality data, analysis, and insight

What will you do as a Change & Portfolio Analyst?

Reporting to the Head of People Portfolio your accountabilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decisions and activity prioritization.
  • Analyze data for capacity planning, demand management, and portfolio strategy alignment.
  • Provide insights for program scoping, risk identification, and change impact tracking.
  • Manage delivery frameworks for portfolio and change management, ensuring enterprise-wide visibility.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance data models, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills using Power BI and Excel for dashboards and reporting.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, deliver actionable insights, and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Experienced in data analysis, change management, and portfolio management with agile delivery knowledge.
  • Skilled in using change and portfolio management tools and automation platforms (e.g., Jira, PowerApps, Power Automate, AI).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable, supporting governance integration and standardized frameworks.

Desirable:

  • Experience with AI and automation technologies to enhance analysis, capacity planning, portfolio reporting and process efficiency.
  • Understanding of portfolio and change management capability building and risk management.
