Position Overview:
The Accountant will play a vital support role within the accounting department. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in managing
U.S. accounts
, has deep understanding of
U.S. GAAP
, and proficiency in
accounting software systems
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial records in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience handling U.S. accounts or working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-cultural work environment.
