About the role

Taft Property Venture Development Corp.' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Titling Staff to join our team in Cebu City Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of property titles for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and process property title documents in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Coordinate with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary approvals and certifications
  3. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to property titles
  4. Provide administrative support to the property management team
  5. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to property titles
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the property industry
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office
  6. Knowledge of property laws and regulations
