Job Summary:

The Gym Instructor Staff will guide clients in fitness programs, ensuring safe and effective workouts while promoting health and wellness. This role includes designing exercise routines, conducting group or individual sessions, monitoring progress, and maintaining gym equipment. The instructor will also support client engagement, answer fitness-related inquiries, and help create a motivating and professional gym environment.

The ideal candidate is energetic, knowledgeable in fitness and exercise techniques, and able to communicate effectively with clients of different fitness levels. This position is essential in ensuring client satisfaction, promoting healthy lifestyles, and maintaining the gym's professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group fitness sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and safety protocols.
  • Design personalized workout programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and health considerations.
  • Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Ensure gym equipment is maintained, clean, and safe to use.
  • Provide guidance on proper use of equipment, exercises, and fitness techniques.
  • Engage clients professionally, answering fitness questions and offering support or motivation.
  • Assist in organizing fitness events, workshops, or promotional activities.
  • Maintain records of client attendance, progress, and feedback.
  • Promote a safe, welcoming, and motivating gym environment.
  • Perform other fitness-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
