Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Summary:

The HR Staff will support the company's human resources functions, ensuring smooth management of employee and contractor relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with company policies. This role also contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and supports management in HR planning, documentation, and coordination across departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and discreet, with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. This position is crucial in fostering a productive workplace, ensuring clear communication, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and benefits administration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee and contractor inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR matters.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate meetings, HR communications, and company announcements.
  • Support management in addressing employee concerns and workplace issues confidentially.
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR, administrative, or people management roles preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software or tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player with ability to coordinate across departments and support company initiatives.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to HR processes and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
