Work Hours: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Job Summary:

The IT Staff will be responsible for managing and maintaining the firm's technology systems to ensure smooth daily operations. This role covers office IT infrastructure (wirings, network, internet connection), digital presence (websites and social media back-end), and providing technical support to employees and contractors. The IT Staff will also oversee system updates, troubleshooting, and digital security, while ensuring that both internal and external technology-related needs are handled promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently while supporting the firm's overall digital and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, routers, office wirings, and internet connectivity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Oversee website maintenance, updates, and basic troubleshooting to ensure functionality and security.
  • Support the management of social media platforms on the technical side (backend setup, connectivity, and content system support).
  • Maintain proper inventory of IT equipment, accessories, and tools.
  • Ensure data protection, system security, and backup procedures are in place.
  • Coordinate with management and contractors for IT-related needs during company activities or client engagements.
  • Set up and support technical requirements for meetings, presentations, and office operations.
  • Research and recommend IT solutions, upgrades, and improvements for efficiency.
  • Perform other IT and administrative-related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; a degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in IT support, network management, or digital systems maintenance preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with website management (WordPress, CMS, or similar) and social media platform backend.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under time pressure.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in implementing IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
