Job Summary:

The role is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and laboratory tests on raw materials, production processes, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
  • Monitor and document quality records, test results, and deviations.
  • Assist in audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Train and support production staff in quality and food safety practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQMS standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • With analytical, detail oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in shifts and in a manufacturing plant environment.
