Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Develop and execute category strategies for indirect goods and services. Identify and qualify suppliers, conduct market research, and drive competitive bidding processes. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure optimal value and total cost savings. 2. Supplier Management Establish strong supplier relationships and monitor performance against key metrics. Ensure supplier compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and sustainability policies. Lead regular supplier business reviews and performance evaluations. 3. Contract & Risk Management Review and manage procurement contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Mitigate supply and commercial risks through proper documentation, approvals, and supplier governance. 4. Process Improvement & Compliance Implement and enhance procurement policies, procedures, and controls. Promote use of digital tools and systems to streamline procurement processes and improve data visibility. Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and corporate governance standards. 5. Budget & Cost Control Manage annual procurement budgets and deliver on cost savings targets. Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for consolidation and efficiency. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver sourcing solutions aligned with business goals. Provide procurement guidance and training to end-users on policies and best practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cost savings and value creation from indirect categories Supplier performance and compliance rate Procurement cycle time and process efficiency Stakeholder satisfaction and service quality Adherence to policies and audit requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in procurement, with focus on indirect categories Strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation #J-18808-Ljbffr
