Procurement Lead

This full-time Procurement Assistant role at Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. in Taguig City Metro Manila offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation. As a Procurement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement function, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing and purchasing processes to meet the company's operational needs.

What you'll be doing

• Lead procurement activities for assigned categories (non-trade / trade / mix) — sourcing goods, services, store development, repair & maintenance (R&M), fixtures, consumables, etc.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process: purchase requisitions, RFQs / bidding / supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase orders, delivery scheduling, supplier relationship and performance management.
• Ensure contracts are properly managed, pricing is optimized, compliance with procurement policies is maintained.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (stores, facilities, operations, finance, legal) to understand requirements, forecast demand, and ensure procurement aligns with store dev / growth plans.
• Analyze spend data; identify cost saving opportunities, consolidate suppliers / SKUs where possible; improve procurement efficiency.
• Manage vendor accreditation, onboarding; ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, compliance standards.
• Oversee manual and online procurement systems (PRs / POs), ensuring timely processing, proper documentation, and accurate records.
• Maintain contract registries, supplier performance dashboards / KPIs.
• Monitor and standardize procurement practices (SKU standardization, supply agreements, contract renewals) across relevant categories.
• Provide leadership / mentorship to procurement team members (supervisors / assistants) (if team reporting to this lead).
• Manage risks in procurement: supply disruptions, pricing volatility, compliance with legal / regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement: optimize processes, adopt procurement tools / technology, streamline workflows.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a procurement or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Proficient in using office productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
6. Flexibility and adaptability to support changing business needs
