What you'll do (your mission)

Strategic Procurement & Category Management

  • Lead sourcing strategies across construction, facilities, hotel fit-outs, FF&E, IT, kitchen equipment, and consumables.
  • Ensure purchasing aligns with business goals, budgets, and operational needs.

Supplier Sourcing & Contract Negotiation

  • Identify, qualify, and partner with top vendors and contractors.
  • Negotiate win-win contracts that deliver savings without compromising quality.
  • Build collaborative supplier relationships to drive reliability and innovation.

Cost Control & Budget Management

  • Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures closely.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and market-driven sourcing strategies.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure every deal meets regulatory, ethical, and policy standards.
  • Reduce risk through supplier audits, due diligence, and contract management.

Process Optimization & Collaboration

  • Streamline procurement processes using smart technologies.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, IT, finance, and marketing to deliver business needs on time.

You'll thrive in this role if you…

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's/CIPS/CPM certification a plus).
  • Are a pro at strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Know your way around ERP systems and procurement tools.
  • Can negotiate like a diplomat, think like an analyst, and lead like a coach.
