Strategy

  • Vendor strategies based on commercial priorities and local considerations, whilst cultivating group vendor & client relationships

  • Perform detailed analysis of key vendors and expenditure categories to measure performance and identify targets for improvement, with consideration of market trends and best practice

  • Identify opportunities to leverage Ben Line's scale and reach within and across Products and Countries

  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to support procurement organization change and adoption of new processes and technologies.

Vendor Relationships & Negotiation

  • Negotiate with and establish relationships with key IL/MAS vendors, securing favorable terms and conditions to support profitability and cash flow improvements

  • Establish strong relationships with Client Accounts to better understand their business requirements and tailor vendor solutions to maximize repeat business

  • Provide additional guidance & support to local procurement teams in vendor management and/or negotiations as required

Reporting, Governance & Control

  • Develop and drive the adoption of consistent procurement processes and policies, advocating best practice, whilst monitoring compliance with relevant internal & external regulations

  • Assess and track critical commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical and supply chain risks whilst still encouraging opportunity and innovation

  • Adopt emerging technologies to drive process efficiencies and enhanced control frameworks

People & Process

  • Lead by example to drive new ways of working and best practice sharing, with strong collaboration across in-country procurement resources

  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to business stakeholders & procurement colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
