Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, and company house rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for the proper implementation of the company's existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and company standards.
  • Assists in planning and executing mall marketing activities and events to drive foot traffic and increase tenant sales.
  • Coordinates with tenants and marketing partners for promotional campaigns and activations within the mall.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing programs and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Supports in creating marketing materials and social media content to promote mall events and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • With working experience in a related field, preferably in mall operations or marketing.
