Corporate Services

  1. Conduct simple research or assist in procuring research materials
  2. Prepare legal correspondences, affidavits, minutes of meeting, and similar documents
  3. Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system
  4. Assist lawyers in tasks relating to corporate transactions
  5. Deal with regulatory agencies and assist clients in complying with regulatory requirements
  6. Attend meetings with clients and take down minutes of meetings
  7. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

CorpServe Support

  1. Assist lawyers in completing application forms and other documentary requirements for various government agencies.
  2. Provide checklists of requirements to lawyers, as requested.

  3. Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of documentary requirements prior to filing or submission to government offices.

  4. Conduct step-by-step filing and follow-ups for permits, registrations, clearances, certificates, and insurance with government agencies, including but not limited to: Local Government Units (LGUs), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Social Security System (SSS), Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), barangay, municipal, or city halls

  5. Provide regular updates on work progress to the supervising lawyer or designated point of contact.

  6. Prepare and liquidate filing fees and daily transportation expenses, and report directly to the Accounting Department.

  7. Draft legal documents such as correspondence, affidavits, minutes of meetings, and similar materials.

  8. Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems for legal documents and records.

  9. Attend stockholders' and board of directors' meetings upon request; prepare related documentation including minutes, Secretary's Certificates, General Information Sheets (for SEC filing), amendments to Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, auditor responses, and transmittal letters or emails.

  10. Coordinate with SEC liaison officers to obtain status updates on pending filings.

  11. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Guides:

Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, relevance to law practice preferred, Paralegal certification an advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in assisting lawyers, an advantage
