Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and legal procedures
  • Experience in drafting legal documents, including board resolutions and Secretary Certificates
  • Proficiency in handling administrative hearings, including issuing Notices to Explain (NTE) and assisting in employee decisions
  • Represent the company in mandatory conferences and mediation proceedings, including negotiating reduced settlement amounts when applicable
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as board resolutions and Secretary Certificates
  • Provide comprehensive case support, including responding to legal inquiries, preparing and summarizing case documents, and maintaining organized case files
  • Coordinate with external counsel and update case trackers to ensure proper case management
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of administrative hearings, including evaluating employee cases and ensuring compliance with due process.
