The Executive Assistant to the President provides high-level administrative support,

ensuring the efficient operation of the President's office.

This role involves managing the President's schedule, coordinating communications,

and serving as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.

Job Description:

*Administrative Support: Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

*Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the President's office.

*Correspondence Management: Review, prioritise, and respond to emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the President.

*Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

*Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, dinners, and other corporate functions.

*Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the President.

*Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

*Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the President's office, ensuring a professional and organised environment.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

Skills:

*Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

*Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

*High level of discretion and professionalism.

*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.

*Proficiency required in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

*Business proficient level of English required for both written and verbal communication.
