Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative and Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
2. Communication and Coordination
- Screen, route, and prioritize emails, calls, and messages for the executive.
- Coordinate with department heads and team members to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
3. Operations and Logistics
- Organize and coordinate business travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Manage office requirements related to the executive's operations.
- Support event planning, client meetings, and other corporate engagements.
4. Strategic and Project Support
- Assist in monitoring company initiatives and project timelines.
- Conduct research, prepare briefings, and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Liaise with partners, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace or project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and strong sense of initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
