Job Title: Cargo & Logistics Head Work Summary: The Cargo & Logistics Head is responsible for supervising daily cargo activities, including loading, unloading, documentation, and dispatch while using data driven insights to improve efficiency, minimize delays, and ensure smooth coordination between terminals and routes. Develop, correct and improve the standard operating procedures for receiving, dispatching, shipping, and solve problematic items in Cargo Padala Express Operations.

Optimizing the Cargo System by analyzing abnormal data and improve efficiency of Cargo Operations and lessen cargo delays and cancellations. Organizing training meetings for Cargo Clerks from time to time, through daily monitoring, summarizing, and outputting cases to urge the cargo clerks to improve. Develop cargo policies and metrics to improve overall cargo operations.

Visit Manila and Bicol ticketing and cargo offices monthly to identify problems and come up with solutions to improve cargo operations. Improve Cargo Sales through efficient and on time delivery of cargo. Evaluating and improving sales, marketing and branding of Cargo Padala Express.

Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships. Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenues for Cargo. End to end management of Cargo Operations for Bicol Isarog TSI.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or any related field At least 5 years of experience in cargo operations, logistics, or transportation With business analysis experience, must be able to interpret data, analyze trades, and support operational decisions Strong leadership, supervisory or managerial skills in a manual operations environment Willing to travel between terminals and field locations as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
