Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our end-to-end operations, ensuring secure and compliant handling of shipments. The ideal candidate will oversee logistics operations, coordinate with transportation partners, manage documentation, and drive business growth in the luxury goods sector.

  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide responsive customer support and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations ensuring secure and compliant handling of shipments.
  • Coordinate with transportation partners to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Manage documentation and track shipment progress across key milestones.
  • Drive business growth in the luxury goods sector.
  • Build strong partnerships with high-end clients and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing commercial documents such as quotes, proposals, and reports.
  • Support client growth initiatives and collaborate with sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Act as the company's local point of contact supporting administrative functions and future expansion efforts.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in airfreight industry.
  • Experience or knowledge in handling valuable cargo.
  • Proven experience in getting new accounts and managing existing accounts.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.
