Video Creation Specialist - Motion Graphics & Explainers (WFH 100%)  

Location:Working from home and living in Metro Manila

Full-time BPO - 5 Days/week (Mon-Fri)

Salary range: 35k to 45K PHP per month

Type: Independent contractor (2-year term + extension)

As the offshore video editing specialist, you will be confident in handling creative and technical aspects of production including cutting long-form content, audio syncing, motion graphics and After Effects animation, colour correction/grade, and final formatting.

Application Requirement:

  1. An up-to-date CV
  2. Portfolio link with explainer videos highlighting Motion Graphics/After Effects
  3. Assessment Task: you will be required to create a video using footage from our list. HR will reach out to you for more details with regards to the task once you are shortlisted.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create professional, engaging educational videos using Adobe Premier or similar animation tools.

  • Translate provided scripts and complex topics into clear, concise, and visually appealing videos.

  • Maintain brand consistency by following established visual and stylistic guidelines.

  • Continuously improve video quality and explore new visual storytelling techniques.

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Translate creative concepts into visuals.

  • Collaborate with video editors to integrate motion graphics into video projects.

Candidate Expectations:

  • Must live in Metro Manila

  • Access to a back-up generator & mobile data (As we need you operational during power interruptions)

  • Own working set-up (Laptop on Windows 11, 2nd monitor, headset, webcam, dedicated GPU, at least 16GB RAM, and fast SSD scratch disk.)

  • Asked to complete a skills task and be available for interview online via Microsoft Teams

Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience Editing a Podcast Video.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics, preferably in BPO but not essential

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere or After Effects)

  • Strong After Effects skills (shape layers, keyframing, track mattes, parenting/precomps, basic expressions) and Premiere Pro proficiency.

  • Prior experience editing long-form content; explainer or VO-led educational work is a strong advantage.

  • Knowledgeable in the various social media sizes and formats, tools, features, and trends

  • A good awareness of rules relating to data protection, copyright, reproduction rights and intellectual property rights.

  • Knowledge of current design trends and how to communicate with wide range of demographics through engaging designs

  • Familiar with memes and internet lingo, and takes pleasure in creating dynamic and head-turning visuals from concept to execution across various marketing channels

  • Nice to have: S-Log/Log workflows and LUT management; basic sound design (noise reduction, loudness).
