About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Production Specialist who's skilled in producing high-performing Meta ad creatives—both video and static. If you're a video editor and graphic designer who understands what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and convert, this role is for you.

You'll collaborate closely with our account manager to create visually compelling and performance-driven content tailored for paid social campaigns on Meta platforms.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create scroll-stopping video and static ads for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Edit and repurpose raw footage into polished, optimised ad creatives.
  • Design high-quality static assets including product images, carousel creatives, and promotional graphics.
  • Work with marketing and media teams to ensure all visuals align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on trends in social advertising, short-form video, and platform best practices.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, performance expectations, and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple creative projects at once while maintaining top-notch quality.
  • Occasionally support additional creative needs such as email design or social content creation.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, ideally in paid social or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles and social media ad performance.
  • Ability to craft visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and strong brand recall.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
  • Portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives (video + static) is highly preferred.

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with media buyers or in a performance marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and creative optimisation.
  • Interest in creative testing, performance insights, and data-driven design.

Portfolio Required

Please include a portfolio of past work (videos and static creatives), ideally with examples of Meta ads you have produced.
