About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Video Producer to conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging video content using AI-powered platforms. This role blends storytelling, content strategy, and hands-on execution—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization & Storyboarding

  • Develop compelling video concepts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Translate briefs into clear storyboards or prompt structures for AI video generation.

AI Video Production

  • Use AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia, Pika, Kaiber, Midjourney + animation tools, etc.) to produce short- and long-form content.
  • Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to push creative boundaries.
  • Optimize prompts and workflows for speed, quality, and consistency.

Video Editing & Finishing

  • Edit AI-generated footage using professional editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Add sound design, music, captions, motion graphics, and other post-production enhancements.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure videos meet campaign goals and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and prompt crafting.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI trends in content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant AI-generated work is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
