Job Description:

Were seeking a Creative Production Specialist who excels in producing high-performing Meta ad creatives both video and static. This role is ideal for a skilled video editor and graphic designer who understands what drives engagement and conversions on Meta platforms. Youll work closely with the marketing and media teams to produce visually compelling content that captures attention, communicates value, and performs effectively in paid social campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce scroll-stopping video and static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook 

    and Instagram). 90 to 100 ads per month.
  • Edit and repurpose raw content into polished ad creatives optimized for various campaign formats.
  • Design high-quality static graphics, including product shots, carousel creatives, and promotional assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and media teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social advertising, short-form video, and creative best practices.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards and performance requirements.
  • Manage and organize creative assets to support smooth and timely campaign launches.
  • Occasionally assist other creative or marketing initiatives such as email design or social content creation.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, ideally within

    paid social or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of direct-response creative principles and social media ad performance.
  • Ability to craft engaging visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and brand recall.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Portfolio showcasing Meta ad creatives (videos and static assets) is highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with media buyers or within a performance 

    marketing team.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Interest in learning more about creative testing and data-driven design.
