Auditor/Inventory Analyst Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Conduct physical inventory count and reconciliation.
  • Verify physical inventory against accounting records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Auditing:

  • Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting investigations and preparing audit reports.
  • Assist in developing and executing audit programs for various areas.
  • Prepare reports of audit findings and recommendations to management.
  • Maintain audit working papers to document findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Auditor/Inventory Analyst Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • With at least 2-3 years experience in Auditing
  • Can effectively work under pressure, result-oriented and keen to details
  • Willing to do field work for spot checking of stores
