Qualifications:

  • Communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move boxes and assets.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks (training provided).
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Previous experience in inventory or warehousing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the local area (Mandaluyong) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Unloading: Assist in receiving incoming deliveries, unloading goods, and verifying the contents against packing slips and delivery documents together with the inventory owners.
  • Stocking and Organizing: Assists in organizing and arranging inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy access.
  • Inventory Counting: Participate in regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
  • Data Entry: Accurately record inventory movements, counts, and any discrepancies in our inventory management system (training provided).
  • Quality Checks: Inspects inventory for damages, defects, or discrepancies upon receipt and during storage.
  • Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking and preparing items for outgoing orders as needed.
  • Following Procedures: Adhere to established inventory management procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Reporting: Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or low stock levels to the designated lead or supervisor.
  • Other Duties: Perform other inventory-related tasks assigned by the Inventory Manager or Supervisor.
