JOB DESCRIPTION:

a. Performs audit procedures including, but not limited to, inquiry of concerned personnel, observation on the execution of procedures, verification of data, and inspection of documents.

b. Communicates the initial observations and findings with concerned personnel and settle resolution to address audit issue, otherwise, elevate the matter to Department Manager.

c. Refers significant findings, whether be preliminary or final, to Warehouse Manager.

d. Initiates reorientation of concerned personnel if compliance audit results are weak.

e. Formulates and designs procedures regarding regular conduct of operations subject to approval of the management.

f. Issue updates or modification of established procedures, as deemed necessary.

g. Carries out surprise count of cash funds and spot count of merchandise.

h. Performs audit requested by appropriate personnel.

i. Assists Inventory Control Unit in monitoring inventory balances, both in quantity and cost.

j. Participates in annual inventory counts.

k. Witnesses pull-out and disposal of merchandise (in absence of Inventory Control Staff)

l. Witnesses delivery and transfer of non-trade items such as fixed assets and supplies.

College graduate of any business course

Willing to be an audit staff.
