The MIRC(Merchandise, Inventory and Reconciliation Control) Assistant shall assist the MIRC Supervisors in achieving the Department's goals by ensuring the accurate conduct of physical inventory count and reconciliation of merchandise and non-merchandise items in the stores and warehouses. He/She sees to it that p-count and reconciliation policies, procedures and timelines are complied with at all times. The MIRC Assistant ensures the:

  • Accuracy of the physical inventory count and inventory discrepancy result.
  • Timely release of the inventory discrepancy report and other required reports.
  • Accuracy of inventory data in Barter and SAP.
  • Confirmed inventory shortages are deducted from the salaries of the liable personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Accounting related courses or its equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Basic knowledge in MS Applications
  • Can coordinate with various levels of management
  • Willing to do field work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
