Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Associate to join our growing team. This role will support end-to-end recruitment for both Tech and Non-Tech positions, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients).
  • Handle both technical and non-technical job requirements across different industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Support other HR/recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
  • Experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple roles at once.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to start immediately.
