Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist in organizing career fairs, recruitment events, and branding initiatives
  • Stay updated on sourcing best practices, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Support the overall recruitment process by providing timely updates and reports on sourcing activities
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or any related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to candidate sourcing (fresh grads with strong internship experience may also be considered)
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed, or other applicant databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency
