Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the Plant Human Resources operation in line with the objective to create a Productive and Safe Workplace.

A. Manpower Complement. Manages recruitment activities, analyzes plant manpower requests; and ensures compliance to HR Policies/ Labor Standards on employment.

B. Organizational Structure. Ensures Plantwide and Department organizational charts are updated including Job Descriptions, KRAs and KPIs.

C. Compensation/ Benefits. Ensures compliance to government rules and regulations; Implement and recommend rewards and recognition program.

D. Training and Competency Development. Manages Plantwide training activities, including conduct of TNA, Annual Training Calendar, and measures training effectiveness. Develop programs to address performance and competency development. Ensures compliance with ISO requirements.

E. Industrial and Labor Relations.Attend and address labor concerns; Ensure labor relations programs including wellness activities are implemented; Strictly implement discipline in accordance with Company Work Rules.

F. Payroll and Timekeeping. Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records

G. Ensure that all HR-related documents are in order and properly maintained.

Qualifications :

  1. Position Title: Plant HR Manager (Carmona plant)

  2. Relevant Working experience: 15 years of HR Manager Experience in a manufacturing company.

  3. Education: BS Psychology or Human Resources Management

  4. Working Condition & Location: Manufacturing Plant-Based; Mondays to Saturdays from 08:00AM - 5:00PM. (Far East Advance Plastics Corporation-FEAPC Lot no Paligawang Bata, Barangay Lantic, Carmona, Cavite Philippines)

  5. Direct reports: Four (4) staff [General HR Affairs/Recruitment/Training & Engagement/Timekeeping]

  6. Minimum - Maximum Salary: For discussion
