The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing a full spectrum of human resources functions to ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least three 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR Supervisor role, including hands-on experience in event management and effective coordination with service delivery leads and cross-functional teams.
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in audits, employee disciplinary processes, and performance management is a strong advantage.
  • Candidate must posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Candidate must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills for employee assistance.
  • Candidate must be goal oriented and can work under minimum supervision.
