Chef Secret, Inc. is looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to lead and support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR compliance, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the entire hiring process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs.
  • Performance Management: Working with managers to conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the HR department adheres to labor laws and company policies.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  • HR Policy and Procedure Development: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervising and guiding HR staff.
  • Project Management: Planning, organizing, and executing HR projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements within the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Graduate of Human Resource Development, Psychology or any related course
  • Can work with minimal supervision and excellent decision making skill
  • With 5 years of experience in HR and 2 years in Supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
