Job Duties & Performance Expectations

Sales & Business Development

·       Supervise and guide a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

·       Develop and execute sales plans to grow the company's presence in the food service segment (HORECA).

·       Identify new business opportunities and potential clients such as hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cafés, and institutional buyers.

·       Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Lead negotiations with major clients, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

·       Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to improve productivity and skill levels.

Set individual sales targets and track progress regularly.

·       Conduct regular field visits with sales executives to support client meetings and evaluate team performance.

·       Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to ensure professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

Operational & Administrative Duties

·       Ensure proper execution of sales orders, deliveries, and payment collections.

·       Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide input for strategic planning.

·       Analyze sales data and prepare accurate reports for management.

·       Support the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns within the food service channel.

·       Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in the food service / HORECA industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Effective Distributor Management skills.s
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations, customer requirements, and distribution channels.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
