About the role

Join the close-knit team at Development Strategists International Consulting Inc. as a full-time Sales Associate based in our Eastwood, Quezon City location. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales performance to support the continued growth of our retail business.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations and recommendations to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries
  • Ensure the store is well-presented and merchandised at all times
  • Contribute to the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Support team members during peak trading periods

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail sales role
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail for handling cash and card transactions
  • A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
