A sales associate assists customers in retail environments by greeting them, answering product questions, and processing sales transactions. They are responsible for driving sales, maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include providing product knowledge, processing payments, handling returns, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction:Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products.
  • Product Knowledge:Educating customers about products, services, and current promotions.
  • Sales Transactions:Processing purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, and managing returns or refunds.
  • Store Operations:Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Customer Service:Resolving customer complaints, handling inquiries, and building positive relationships.
  • Inventory Management:Assisting with inventory tasks, such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock.
  • Teamwork:Collaborating with other associates to meet store sales targets and create a positive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
