Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Overview:

The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned products or categories within the store. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service by demonstrating strong product knowledge and engaging effectively with customers. The Sales Associate also ensures that visual merchandising standards are maintained and supports inventory management to enable timely stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for assigned products and categories.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress toward targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service through in-depth product knowledge and professional interaction.
  • Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising standards.
  • Track inventory levels and assist in preparing purchase orders for stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School graduate or at least College level.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in retail sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including the weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
