Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and surpassing store sales targets by actively promoting assigned products or categories. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service through strong product knowledge, engaging communication, and consistent adherence to visual merchandising standards. The Sales Associate also plays a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals for assigned products or categories.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on sales performance and customer trends.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain neat, organized, and visually appealing store displays that meet merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to prepare purchase orders for timely replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
