Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Sales Excellence
  • Welcome clients to the showroom, understand their design needs, and recommend products that match both function and lifestyle.
  • Target Achievement
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through consultative selling and solution-based recommendations.
  • Product Expertise
  • Develop deep knowledge of Dexterton's portfolio and communicate product features, benefits, and brand stories with confidence.
  • Showroom Experience
  • Ensure displays are well-maintained, assist in product styling, and create a welcoming environment that reflects Dexterton's premium positioning.
  • After-Sales Relationship
  • Build lasting connections with clients, follow up on inquiries, and provide support to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Awareness
  • Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to anticipate opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail, furniture, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly presentable, professional, and confident in engaging with high-value clients.
  • Passion for design, interiors, and creating lifestyle experiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
