Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving the overall sales performance of the store by achieving individual and team targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer. This role combines sales expertise, customer engagement, and store operations support to maintain a productive and visually appealing retail environment. The Sales Associate plays an important role in representing the brand through professional service, strong product knowledge, and consistent adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to effectively promote features, benefits, and uses of merchandise.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude at all times.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining organized displays, proper product arrangements, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report low or fast-moving items to the supervisor or store manager.
  • Accurately process sales transactions and ensure proper handling of cash, receipts, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Support store operations by participating in regular cleaning, restocking, and visual merchandising activities.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and store policies to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and goal-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven and customer-focused, with the ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory procedures and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by store operations.
  • Energetic, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
