Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Loan Processor

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of

end-to-end loan processing for Australian mortgage applications, particularly

using Infinity and/or Mercury, and other loan processing platforms. This role requires exceptional accuracy, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure seamless loan application management and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full end-to-end loan processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to collect and verify documentation.
  • Analyze financial documents and assess serviceability based on lending policies.
  • Use platforms such as Apply Online, Infinity, Mercury for loan lodgement and tracking.
  • Review, verify, and prepare loan documentation to meet compliance standards.
  • Communicate status updates and resolve issues proactively to avoid

    processing delays.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan processing journey.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience working with Infinity/Mercury

Proficient in using ApplyOnline and Broker notes

Strong customer service and communication skills

Skilled in preparing and managing loan documentation

Experienced in end-to-end loan processing

Solid background in financial analysis

Knowledgeable in assessing serviceability

Must-Have Qualifications:

At least 3-6+ years of experience using Infinity and/or Mercury in an Australian mortgage setting

Proven experience in loan processing and working with various financial documents

In-depth knowledge of Australian lending standards and requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with other loan software

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication
