Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations including sales, order processing, and warehouse activities.
  • Lead, train, and supervise telemarketers, expediter, and warehouse staff.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement sales strategies.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock levels, and timely replenishment.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high service standards.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management and Ford Philippines.
  • Ensure compliance with Ford's parts distribution policies and standards
