Gigahertz is searching for a
hands-on and driven Accounting Supervisor
to help lead our finance operations. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee daily accounting activities and guide a team of associates in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and review day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and reports prepared by associates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide coaching and support to your team, helping them perform at a high standard.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver financial insights that support business decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, with some supervisory or mentoring exposure.
  • Solid knowledge of PH accounting standards and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
