Job Summary

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented
Demand and Supply Planner
to join our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring alignment between sales, procurement, and logistics to achieve optimal product availability and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in
demand forecasting, supply planning, and data-driven decision-making
, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. This position plays a critical role in balancing supply and demand while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, inventory management, or forecasting, preferably in distribution.
  • Proficient in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Excel-based analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales trends, inventory optimization, and replenishment planning.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, logistics, and procurement).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, data-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
  • Work Setup: Willing to follow a
    hybrid work schedule
    , with most days spent onsite for coordination and alignment meetings.
