Job Summary

Fortem Cement Corporation is seeking an experienced
Demand and Supply Planner
to manage forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment across our Boards, and Cement product lines. The role ensures optimal stock levels, accurate demand projections, and timely supply to support nationwide distribution. This position is
strictly open to applicants with proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management
, preferably within distribution, manufacturing, or FMCG environments. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple data streams to support business continuity and growth.

Key Qualifications

  • Required:
    Prior experience as a
    Demand Planner, Supply Planner, Inventory Planner, or similar analytical role
    .
  • Strong proficiency in forecasting tools, data analysis, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, construction materials, or FMCG is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

  • Willing to report onsite most days in
    Quezon City
    .
