JOB OVERVIEW:

The Demand and Forecast Planner must drive the demand and

inventory levels both at the warehouse and distribution centers of the company. Must use

the analytical, marketing, and sales data of the company to effectively estimate future

product demands and able to monitor stock levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 Reviews and analyzes sales trends and other factors related to demand planning and

manages forecasting processes and procedures and prepares reports.

2 Develops planning and produces end-consumers/outlets and the product forecast.

3 Analyze the planning inventory flow and statistical data to generate forecasting

solutions.

4 Provides lead time improvement, reduction of stock-outs and enhancement of product

availability.

5 Executes and communicates the demand and forecast plans with the proper channels

and stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner.

6 Creates dashboards of product forecasts and performance for continuous

improvements.

7 Maintains and records plans and forecasts accuracy to establish and meet the company

goals and business performance.
